Dr. Susan Vincent

Dr. Vincent has over 22 yrs of diverse experience within outpatient, inpatient, military and medical settings from east to west coast.  Throughout her career, she developed a unique holistic approach to psychotherapy.   She applies a blend of theoretical knowledge, including mindfulness, existential, behavioral medicine, grief counseling, and cognitive restructuring.  Dr Vincent also has an extensive background in health psychology and cross-cultural psychology.  She values worldview , resilience, and spiritual beliefs as an essential component to help individuals find create the best possible quality of life.
