Susan Vincent, Ph.D.

Dr. Vincent has over 22 yrs of diverse experience within outpatient, inpatient, military and medical settings from east to west coast.  Throughout her career, she developed a unique holistic approach to psychotherapy.   She applies a blend of theoretical knowledge, including mindfulness, somatic experiencing, existential, cognitive restructuring, and grief therapy.   Dr Vincent also has an extensive background in trauma, health psychology and cross-cultural psychology.  She values worldview and resilience as essential components to help individuals create the best possible quality of life.
